1. Do you use any special teaching methods?
Our teachers use communicative approach, in which focus is put on success in communication rather than on pointing out errors. In individual intensive courses there are several teachers, usually native speakers of English, who by the fast pace, dynamics and individual character of each lesson as well as their diverse personalities make learning an easy task.   


2. Is Polish used in lessons?
No, even at lower levels teachers use only English.


3. Do we have to work with textbooks in lessons?
Not necessarily. This is decided with participants at the onset of the course. At present variety of available materials (particularly topical materials from the Internet) allows us to conduct classes textbook-free or with only partial recourse to them.


4. Do you employ undergraduates as teachers?
No, all our teachers (including native speaker teachers) are fully qualified to teach English. We are obligated to employ professionals by the fact of accreditation to the Polish Association for Standards in Language Education (PASE) and by regular meticulous inspections both from PASE and from Bell International.


5. Does the school organize ‘English for specific purposes’ courses, like legal, medical or English for finances?
Yes, we can organize such courses.

  
6. Does the school offer a tailor- made business training courses?
Yes, it does. We have a team of very professional teachers who are able to devise a tailor-made training courses in many skills necessary in business.  

7. How can the company monitor and check progress of its employees?
The school employs a coordinator of in-company training courses whose job it is to service all the organizations which commission courses at Bell Poznań. Companies are served quickly and efficiently. The school sends reports on attendance and on progress in terms of individual language skills.

8. Does the school conduct language audits?
Yes, at company’s request the school can conduct language audits of individual employees or groups of employees. Its results will be presented as detailed individual reports.
