We have been collaborating with Language School Program-Bell at Fredry 1 in Poznan for four years. Language School Program-Bell has been running English courses in our company since 2002. The classes are held once a week in three groups. It is our pleasure to state that we have been very happy with the courses. Program-Bell has been running business English courses for Air-Products since 2002. The managerial staff of our company have been regularly taking part in on-site courses conducted by Polish and foreign language teachers from Program-Bell. All these courses focus on business subject matter and technical issues as our managers often carry out presentations on sales, marketing, logistics and technology of gas manufacturing and applications. Therefore the classes concentrate mainly on training in the areas of product presentations. Program-Bell teachers are always well-prepared and their lessons show a high level of professionalism.
I personally took part in a Bell business training course at Sieraków in July 2002, and Market Development Manager /Glass and Metal Eugeniusz Ratajczak had an individual business training course at Bell, which focused mostly on negotiations and business communications in January 2006.
We have consistently been pleased with the contents of courses and high level of teachers’ professionalism, therefore we intend to continue working with Bell school of languages.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I have been studying English on one to one basis with Kamila Kurek for two and a half years. I am very happy with the course as the lessons are run in a professional way and adapted to the student’s needs.
This has been my third attempt to learn English and the previous two – both in renowned language schools - failed. My good opinion is also corroborated by colleagues form the Danish mother company, who observe that within a short period of time I have managed to master English well enough to run correspondence and business talks.

Our employees regularly take part in summer and winter nine-day residential training courses in business English run by Program-Bell. The courses usually take place in carefully selected attractive conference centres. This cooperation has been going on for nine years. The training focuses on various aspects of business communication, developing negotiation and presentation skills as well as writing emails and running correspondence. It is conducted by Polish and native speaker teachers. The teachers are well prepared and highly professional. Students benefit from the courses in terms of improved speaking, reading and writing skills in English.
We are very happy about the language courses run by Program-Bell and intend to continue our work together.

The course in business English that I did in June 2009 was highly intensive, which was exactly what I had had in mind. I believe that such format is perfect as it gives quick and durable results.
Highly professional team of teachers at Program-Bell were very helpful in learning specialist vocabulary and clarifying any queries. The teachers’ professionalism fully met my requirements, which is why mastering such a vast area of business English, the main objective of the course, became no longer a daunting task.
Another positive aspect of the course was its syllabus, which included various teachers, various subject matters and, what’s probably most important, a variety of different accents. This exposure helped me to improve comprehension in English in general but also of local accents in many fields.
